K-series Billet Power Steering Pulley

Installation is a straight forward direct replacement/install of the factory p/s pulley.

As mentioned on the product page it is a smaller diameter pulley, about 3/8″ smaller diameter than the factory pulley, offering better hood clearances for K-swapped EG/EK civics and DC2 integra vehicles.

It can also be used in K-series native vehicles such as the RSX, TSX, Accords, and JDM FD2 Civic-R if you’re after better aesthetics.

This 7-rib pulley is CNC from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with an anodized black finish and laser etched K20mart logo. Broached to perfectly fit onto TSX/RSX/Accord power steering pump shaft splines. Weight savings is approximately half that of the OE steel pulley.

Inspiration for this pulley came from the long discontinued Jackson Racing P/S pulley.

We have test fit this pulley with various K20 and K24 engine pulley combinations and have a list of drivebelt lengths we can suggest to you based on your OEM engine pulley configuration, upon purchase.

Example: K24A engine w/K24 RBB crank pulley, oe water pump pulley, auto tensioner pulley, alternator pulley, power steering, no A/C (or with A/C).
