Throttle Cable & Bracket

In the world of K-swapping golden era Honda’s, you can argue it’s not a very pretty swap though time has graced its appearance into the norm. It also doesn’t help how some aftermarket products can make or break K engine bay aesthetics. There are small details that can catch your eye making you wince in disgust or raise a brow in bussin’ delight — the throttle cable and throttle cable bracket (tcb) are one of those small details.

If our billet K-series throttle cable bracket looks oddly familiar, it’s a take-over product from Karcepts. We acquired these billet TCB’s from our friends over at Karcepts a few years back, during their silent discontinuing/trimming down of cool K-series swap products they produce, snagging the last of their stock.

Our throttle cable bracket carries on the Karcepts torch of a low profile aesthetic. Made from billet CNC machined aluminum in a low profile and horizonal cable mounting style — as opposed to the gaudy 45/60 degree upward angled OE style bracket.

Depending on the fitment application, we also include a pair of aluminum 6mm or 14mm spacers for throttle cable bracket offset necessity and a pair of stainless steel Allen bolts/fasteners.

We also have the PERFECT throttle cable to accompany our TCB.
Not too long – not too short – JUST RIGHT.
We’ve performed numerous in-house test fitments in the most common golden era Honda K-swap chassis’ (EG/EK/DC)  in finding the perfect cable.

This billet TCB is designed for use on OEM K-series throttle bodies WITHOUT cruise control pulley support and is also compatible with several common aftermarket throttle bodies. This means it will not work on USDM K20A2/K20Z1/K20A3/03-05 Accord throttle bodies – tho we have a possible solution for this in the works. Non-cruise control tb’s are typically found on JDM K-series Type-R DC5/Ep3/CL7 engines. See the compatibility tab list below.

SEPT. 2026 – New V2 low-pro TCB almost here!

The coming V2 low-pro TCB is made from 304 stainless steel and will be sold at a significantly lower cost than our soon to be discontinued billet bracket. There will be two versions of this bracket available – K20S and K20R – with its revised design and size, there is virtually no need for any spacers.

K20S TCB – NOW AVAILABLE!

• Specifically made for use on factory USDM K20A2/K20Z1 Type-S and EP3 K20A3 throttle body’s that have an integrated cruise control pulley
• Addresses the wider offset throttle pulley due to the integrated (and useless) cruise control pulley that gets bypassed
• Mainly for use on K-swapped golden era vehicles: EF/EG/EK/DC2
• Includes a pair of stainless steel Allen bolt fasteners
• Pairs up perfect with our proper short length K-swap throttle cable to complete the low-pro aesthetic

K20R TCB – COMING SOON!

• Specifically made for the more common K-series throttle body’s with a shallower offset throttle pulley, without an integrated cruise control pulley.
